Hi! I’m Stephanie, a restaurant owner with 20 years in the industry—from line cook to running my own place. I’ve cooked through dinner rushes, broken ovens, snowstorms, staff shortages, and everything in between.

Mighty Cooks is my way to help real people eat real dinners without the stress. No chef ego. No weird ingredients. Just pantry-first, budget-friendly meal plans that actually fit busy lives.


Why I Built This

I love cooking—but I also know what it’s like to come home tired, broke, and over it. Most meal plans online assume unlimited time, special ingredients, or a perfectly stocked fridge. That’s not real life.

I wanted a simple way to:

  • Choose time (15 min, 30 min, or batch-cook)
  • Pick a diet (regular, vegetarian, or high-protein)
  • Set servings (1, 2, 4, or 6)

Our blog is filled with helpful info about anything from freezing to storing, recipes, and the occasional interesting factoid. I will try not to tell you my life story when all you want is a recipe for meatloaf. There might be a paragraph or two of fluff because we are all slaves to the algorithm, but I will keep that to a minimum.
